The authority is inviting qualified companies and institutions specializing in key service sectors including:

1. Hospitality & Accommodation – Hotels, housing, and pilgrim camps in Makkah, Madinah, and holy sites

2. Catering & Nutrition – Meal provision adhering to health and safety standards

3. Transport & Logistics – Buses, shuttles, and movement management between holy sites

The deadline for initial expressions of interest is October 30, 2026. Shortlisted companies will proceed to technical and financial evaluation before final contracts are awarded for Hajj 1449H / 2027.

Vision 2030 Goal

This move aligns with Saudi Arabia’s target of hosting 30 million pilgrims annually by 2030. Officials say expanding private sector participation will improve service quality, create jobs, and position the Kingdom as a global leader in pilgrim care.

“Opening the door to qualified companies worldwide reflects our commitment to serve the Guests of Allah with excellence,” a spokesperson for the authority stated.
