The Ministry of Religious Affairs has announced that preliminary registration for Hajj 2025 that start on September 1 will continue until November 30.

The registration process, open to both public and private sectors, will not be extended beyond this period.

Individuals who have pre-registered or new applicants can complete their initial registration by depositing Tk3 lakh. The remaining amount of the Hajj package price must be paid within the timeframe specified in the package.

This year’s Hajj package price will be announced after determining the costs associated with the Saudi phase and airfare.

The pre-registration fee for both government and private channels is Tk30,000, the letter stated.

Bangladesh’s Hajj pilgrim quota for 2025 is set at 127,198 people. The initial registration process will automatically close once this quota is reached.
