The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, has asked the Company Mutawifs for Pilgrims from Africa Non-Arab Countries to make refunds to Nigerian pilgrims for poor services rendered while in Mina, during Hajj 2023.
The Chairman/CEO of the commission, Zaikrullah Kunle Hassan, alongside the representatives of State Pilgrims Welfare Broads and Tour Operators made the request after expressing their anger to the company over the poor services, especially on food and tents in Mina, a holy site where pilgrims spend five days to perform the Hajj exercise.
The request was made at a meeting which held at the company’s office in Makkah, Saudi Arabia on Sunday.
