The Association of Hajj and Umrah Operators AHUON has directed its members who have received the remittance of the 2023 Hajj refund from NAHCON to immediately disburse it to 2023 Hajj pilgrims.
A memo dated November 23, sent to HAJJ REPORTERS for information on AHUON’s position on the refund, reminded them of the earlier directive.
“it said, “Kindly be reminded in reference to our circular of November 23, 2024 on the above subject matter that the refund made by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) of SR150 from Saudi Authority for poorly rendered services, was meant for pilgrims that participated in 2023 Hajj exercise”.

REMINDER ON 2023 HAJJ REFUND Dear Esteemed Members of our great association.
Kindly be reminded in reference to our circular of November 23, 2024 on the above subject matter that the refund made by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) of SR150 from Saudi Authority for poorly rendered services, was meant for pilgrims that participated in 2023 Hajj exercise.
Members are hereby, once again, directed to refund all the affected pilgrims under their respective companies, as clearly stated by the Commission.
Let us cooperate in upholding the dignity of the association by providing evidence of such remittance accordingly.
