The Executive Governor of Jigawa State, His Excellency Mallam Umar Namadi FCA has gifted each of the 1, 296 Jigawa State pilgrims SR100 each as Barka da Salah
The gesture was conveyed by 2024 Amirul Hajj, Emir of Hadejia Adamu Abubakar Maje who is also the Chairman of the Jigawa State Council of Chiefs during a visit to Jigawa State Pilgrims at their hotel. The Emir thanked Almighty Allah and the Jigawa State government for allowing him to lead the state Pilgrims during this year’s Hajj exercise.
“I am here to congratulate you on behalf of his excellency the executive governor of Jigawa State Mallam Umar Namadi FCA for a hitch-free Hajj exercise and urge you to keep praying for Jigawa State, Nigeria and the entire Muslim nations for peace to reign, don’t forget to pray for our children because they are leaders of tomorrow who holds the future of our dear nation is at their hand”.
“I know you are very disciplined and obedient so do not do anything that will tarnish the image of Jigawa State and Nigeria at large while staying in the holy land, please exercise patience, obey your leaders and wait until your time to return home comes”.
