HAJJ 2024: BAUCHI COMPLETES AIRLIFT OF ITS PILGRIMS TO SAUDI ARABIA

The last and final Bauchi flight carrying 510 pilgrims departed Sir Abubakar International Airport Bauchi to Madina at 9:43am Nigerian time.

The 2023 Bauchi Amerul Hajj His Royal Highness the Emir of Dass, Alh Usman Bilyaminu Othman expressed happiness on a successful airlift of Bauchi pilgrims to Saudi Arabia.

The Emir of Dass Alh Usman Bilyaminu Othman stated this while briefing the final set of Bauchi pilgrim’s prior of their departure to Saudi Arabia.

He said an adequate arrangement/planning couple with the commitment of the formidable Hajj committees led to the successes recorded.

He therefore charged the Hajj officials to do more sacrifice in discharging their duty at Saudi Arabia with a view to ensure the success of the whole exercise.

The Emir of Dass advised the pilgrims to strictly adhere to Saudi Arabian laws, urged them to be good ambassadors of Bauchi and country at large.

In his special interview with the press at the point of departure of the sixth Flight, the Executive Secretary Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris also expressed delight on the outbound operation.

He noted that Bauchi State has airlifted all of its pilgrims to Saudi Arabia in a sixth  flights within  9 days, describing the exercise a successful.

Imam Abdurrahman therefore appealed to the pilgrims to exercise patience and cooperate with various Committee throughout their stay in Saudi kingdom.

He assured that Government has made adequate arrangement for their well-being in Saudi Arabia.
