Hajj 2025: Saudi set February 14 deadline for Hajj service contracts, to allow 3 Years Contract with Service providers

The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah will henceforth allow Hajj mission to enter into multi years contract with Service providers to enhance consistency and efficiency. 

Ministry of Hajj and Umrah indicated this when it convened a preparatory meeting with Pilgrimage Affairs Offices to discuss the implementation timeline of the preliminary arrangements document for the upcoming Hajj season 2025 (1446 AH). 

The meeting also addresses the necessary steps to ensure the success of each planned stage within the initial framework.

In the document tagged “Hajj 2025 Preparatory Overview, Ministry of Hajj listed monitoring pilgrims’ arrangements, analyzing previous hajj season feedback, and preparing for Hajj mission contracting as key focus areas.

The key enabler for the 2025 Hajj will be to allow Multi-Year Contracts (up to 3 years) for service providers and the introduction of the Nusuk platform – a New Unified electronic system for international pilgrims.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has set out 75 comprehensive tasks for pilgrim’s management and set 45 days to allocate sacred site services readiness.

It plans to improve pilgrim’s accommodation selection system at holy sites.
