Hajj 2027: Medical Screening Begin Tuesday
The National Office of Hajj and Umrah (ONPO) announced in a press release Monday evening that medical examinations for prospective pilgrims for the 1448 AH/2027 Hajj season will begin on Tuesday, in coordination with the Ministry of Health across various approved medical centers.
Prospective pilgrims can book an appointment in advance for their medical exam via the Algerian Hajj Portal after creating an account on the national government digital services portal—the officially designated platform for accessing government digital services—at https://dzds.dz
Once an account has been created on the national digital services portal, pilgrims can access the Algerian Hajj Portal via https://bawabetelhadj.dz.
The Ministry of Health and ONPO reminded all pilgrims of “the necessity of complying with current health requirements in order to safeguard their health and safety and ensure the rites are performed under the best possible conditions,” the statement noted.
