The Ministry of Religious Affairs has issued a strict warning to private Hajj operators regarding pilgrim mismanagement.
Officials stated that any negligence causing a pilgrim to miss Hajj will lead to immediate cancellation of the operator’s license.
The ministry confirmed that negligent companies will also be permanently barred from operating as Hajj operators in the future.
Authorities said strict action will be taken against operators involved in financial irregularities or delays in transferring pilgrims’ funds.
All private Hajj operators must deposit 100% of the Hajj package amount in the relevant Saudi accounts by December 31.
Operators have also been instructed to secure all required services, including land, residential buildings, and other essential arrangements.
The ministry emphasized that failure to meet deadlines for fund transfers or Mina arrangements will trigger immediate action and loss of remaining quotas.
