Hajj2024:  First batch of Bauchi State pilgrims return home

The first batch of Bauchi State pilgrims numbering 546 have arrived Sir Abubakar Tafawa Balewa International Airport Bauchi safely , after completion of this year’s pilgrimage.

The pilgrims arrived yesterday Monday 24th June, 2024 at about 11:30pm  via MaxAir flight  NGL 2006 and they couldn’t hide their excitement for reuniting with thier families.

The pilgrims were those who paid thier Hajj fares from Ganjuwa, Dass, Tafawa Balewa LGAs, Board Headquarters and majority of them are Hajj Savings Scheme pilgrims.

In an interview with them, Some of pilgrims expressed gratitude to almighty Allah for bringing them back home safely and appreciated His Excellency, Governor Bala Abdulkadir Muhammad for his unflinching support to ensure thier wellbeing throughout Hajj excercise.

According to them government has made proper arrangements for their feeding, secured good accommodation and donated an incentives to them to perform the Hajj rites at ease.

In thier separate responses, Shiek Salihu Sulaiman Ningi and Mal Hassan Zango  thanked Almighty Allah for giving them the opportunity to be among those who performed this year’s hajj and appreciated the pilgrims for always showing interest to have  knowledge before performing each Hajj rites.
