Mashariq Al Dhahabia has begun training transportation officers to enhance service delivery for Nigerian pilgrims during the 2026 Hajj, particularly in Mina.
In a circular to heads of hospitality centres, the firm directed strict compliance with inspection protocols by the Nusuk team, which has commenced daily field inspections as part of efforts to ensure readiness and adherence to standards.
“Each head of centre must remain within assigned locations in the holy sites, especially during the inspection period from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.,” the company stated.
It also tasked centre heads with intensifying the training of transportation personnel to guarantee safe and efficient movement of pilgrims.
“Hospitality centres are expected to train transportation specialists to ensure smooth and secure service delivery during the Hajj operations,” the circular added.
Mashariq further disclosed that its Nusuk team is currently in Nigeria to activate and hand over Nusuk cards to the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria for intending pilgrims.
The company assured that all arrangements are geared towards providing improved and quality services for Nigerian pilgrims during this year’s exercise.
