Mashriq Al Dhahabia has commenced the distribution of pilgrim’s wristbands and identification cards across designated hospitality centres, as part of preparations for the upcoming Hajj.

The exercise coincided with the visit of board member, Mohammed bin Saleh Tankar, who arrived in Nigeria alongside the Nusuk Cards Team to oversee the delivery and activation of Nusuk cards for intending pilgrims.

The organisation said the initiative is aimed at ensuring proper identification and seamless coordination of pilgrims during their stay in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Officials also monitored the distribution of work identification cards to staff at the hospitality centres, while the process of uploading staff data for the issuance of Nusuk cards has begun.

As part of measures to ensure efficiency, hospitality centres have been assigned to executive council teams for continuous supervision and follow-up throughout the exercise.

The development is expected to enhance organisation, security and service delivery for pilgrims during the Hajj operations.
