The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has invited chairmen and secretaries of all state pilgrims’ welfare boards, agencies, and commissions to a crucial meeting to deliberate on the 2026 Hajj fare and remittance timeline.
In a circular dated October 8, 2025, and signed by Commissioner of Policy, Personnel, Management, and Finance, Prince Aliu Abdulrazak, on behalf of the Chairman/CEO, the meeting is scheduled to hold on Wednesday, October 15, 2025, at the NAHCON Conference Hall in Abuja by 11:00 a.m.
According to the statement, the outcome of the meeting will guide planning and logistics for the 2026 Hajj operations, including fare determination and payment schedules.
NAHCON also extended appreciation to all stakeholders for their continued cooperation and reaffirmed its commitment to ensuring transparent and efficient coordination of the upcoming Hajj exercise.
