The Presidency of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched an intensive winter Quranic program aimed at enhancing the spiritual and educational experiences of worshipers and pilgrims during the mid-year school vacation.
The program, held in the Grand Mosque, focuses on memorizing and reciting the Holy Quran. It aims to deepen the connection between visitors and the Quran while instilling its moderate guidance in a well-structured scientific manner.
Sheikh Dr. Abdulrahman Al-Sudais, President of the Religious Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque, highlighted the Presidency’s dedication to promoting Quranic education.
“The Presidency is committed to enriching the experience of pilgrims and worshipers with the Holy Quran, especially during key periods like the mid-year break. This initiative reflects our ongoing efforts to serve all segments of society and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques,” Dr. Al-Sudais said.
He also emphasized that the Presidency has long prioritized the teaching and memorization of the Quran, organizing both summer and winter Quranic programs for pilgrims, Umrah performers, and visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
This initiative further underscores the Presidency’s mission to provide comprehensive services that cater to the spiritual and educational needs of those visiting the House of God. Through programs like this, the Quran remains a central element of the worshipers’ experience, fostering a deeper connection with its teachings.
