NAHCON Set October 8 Deadline for Hajj Registration Remittance

The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has announced critical deadlines for the 2026 Hajj exercise, warning that no extensions will be granted.

 

According to the timetable earlier released by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Saudi Service Providers authorities will hold in November 2025, while January 4, 2026, has been set as the deadline for camp booking payments and confirmation of service contracts.

 

However, the updated Hajj calendar from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah set 9 to 23 August as the period designated for early booking of previously reserved Hajj 2025 Camps for Hajj 2026. The period allows rebooking based on basic services (include payment of camp fees and the Mashaer package.

 

By February 1, 2026, all transport and accommodation contracts must be uploaded on the Nusuk Masar portal, while March 20, 2026, remains the final date for visa issuance.

 

The Commission also listed October 8, 2025, as the most important date for remittance, urging stakeholders and intending pilgrims to comply strictly with the schedule.
