Allows Stay of Up to 90 Days
The Saudi authorities have outlined the conditions and benefits of the one-year multiple-entry Umrah visa, highlighting that it enables pilgrims to perform Umrah more than once within its validity period.
According to the guidelines, the visa remains valid for 365 days from the date of issuance and permits multiple entries into the Kingdom. Pilgrims are allowed to stay for up to 90 days on each visit, with the duration calculated from the date of every entry.
The authorities also stated that pilgrims must purchase approved health insurance through the Nusuk application before every entry into Saudi Arabia. After each departure, the period of stay is calculated separately, while travellers may re-enter the Kingdom within the remaining validity of the visa.
However, the authorities clarified that the multiple-entry Umrah visa cannot be used to enter Saudi Arabia during the Hajj season, from 1 Dhul-Qi’dah to 13 Dhul-Hijjah.
The visa is designed to provide greater flexibility for international pilgrims wishing to perform Umrah multiple times throughout the year while complying with Saudi Arabia’s pilgrimage regulations.
