The Bauchi State Executive Secretary of the Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Imam Abdurrahman Ibrahim Idris, has announced 17th March as the closing date for the payment of the 2025 Hajj fare for the state’s intending pilgrims.
He further explained that the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria has already allocated max air company for airlift of the state pilgrims to Saudi Arabia to perform their Hajj exercise.
The Executive Secretary of the Board announced this during a press conference in his office.
Imam Abdurrahman Idris noted that the closure for the payment of this year’s Pilgrimage followed directives from the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) for the smooth operation of its activities.
He also reaffirmed that the medical check-up for polio vaccination and other related diseases is mandatory for intending pilgrims.
The Executive Secretary therefore disclosed that the two thousand two hundred intending pilgrims have so far completed their payments and enjoined the pilgrims who are yet to submit their passport with white background to do so to avoid any hitches.
