Saudi Arabia has released penalties for any caught performing hajj or entering Makkah illegally during the forthcoming Hajj.
The penalty includes: Imprisonment for 15 days for each transporter, A fine of 10,000 riyals multiplied for each transported violator, public shaming, Deportation of expatriate transporters, with a ban on re-entry into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for a specified period after the penalty is enforced.
The vehicles used for the transportation of the illegal pilgrims will be confiscated
