The Saudi Ministry of Interior has issued a strong warning to Umrah companies against breaching the deadline for the departure of Umrah pilgrims.
“It said there will be “a fine of up to (100,000) riyals against pilgrim and Umrah services companies and institutions who are late in reporting any pilgrim or Umrah who did not leave after the expiration of the specified period of his stay.”
The ministry further said that it can be imposed multiple times for each pilgrim who violates their overstay date.
