The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has cancelled the staff redeployment exercise earlier circulated on its internal platform on September 9, 2025.
In an internal circular signed by the Chairman, Prof. Abdullahi Saleh Usman, the Commission described the posting as a violation of due process and established procedures. He directed all staff affected to disregard the redeployment and maintain the status quo until further notice.
Prof. Usman stressed that the Commission would not condone actions taken outside proper administrative guidelines and urged staff to comply immediately.
