The Federal Capital Territory Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board wishes to inform the general public, especially those who intend to perform the 2027 Hajj through the Board, that it has commenced the registration of intending pilgrims for the 2027 Hajj Exercise.
The prospective pilgrims are to raise a minimum of Seven Million and Five Hundred Thousand Naira (N7,500,000.00) only, via a bank draft, payable to the ‘FCT Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Abuja’, from any Commercial Bank and deposit same on or before 25th September, 2026, being the Closing Date for the registration exercise, as stipulated by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
The intending pilgrims are also to submit the bank drafts to the Board’s Head Office, at Gudu District, near the FCT Judicial Service Complex, for registration. Completed registration forms are to be accompanied by the following documents: valid international passport, which must be valid through October 2027, photocopy of NIN slips, four (4) recent passport photographs (colored picture, white background with dark clothes), photocopy of Guarantor’s I.D card with one passport photograph and valid contact number(s), amongst others.
It should also be noted that the Board does not accept cash payments or registration by proxy.
