Hajj 2025: Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency Seeks Stronger Collaboration for Smooth Operations

In preparation for a seamless and spiritually fulfilling Hajj 2025, the Sokoto State Pilgrims Welfare Agency has called for increased collaboration with key stakeholders and security agencies involved in the pilgrimage process.

 

Chairman of the Agency, Alhaji Aliyu Musa, expressed the agency’s readiness to partner with any organization or institution willing to contribute toward the success of the holy exercise. He emphasized that a unified approach would significantly enhance the welfare and safety of pilgrims from Sokoto State.

 

As part of ongoing engagement efforts, Alhaji Musa held strategic meetings with key security leaders, including Assistant Corps Marshal Aliyu Baba, the Zonal Sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Corps (FRSC), and AU Alfadarai, the State Commander of the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC).

 

Both officials pledged their continued support for the success of the 2025 Hajj operations, assuring the agency of their commitment to providing necessary security and logistical assistance.

 

“These partnerships are vital to ensuring a safe, well-coordinated, and spiritually rewarding journey for our pilgrims,” Alhaji Musa said.

 

The agency reiterated its mission to improve the overall Hajj experience for its pilgrims by fostering cooperation among all relevant bodies.
