The national hajj commission of Nigeria NAHCON has signed the 2025 hajj agreement with the two of the remaining hajj air carriers.

The agreement was signed today at Hajj house in Abuja

An inside source who spoke with Hajj Reporters said the commission signed the airlift agreement with Umza Air Service and Air Peace while Max Air is yet to sign the agreement.

The source informed HAJJ REPORTERS that Umza Air Service will airlift pilgrims from Kaduna, Yobe, Adamawa, Nasarawa and Niger State with an estimated allocation of about 20,400 pilgrims

The allocation to Air Peace has been reduced from the initial projection of about 9000 to 4000 pilgrims.

On why Max is yet to sign the agreement, an official of Max Air simply told HAJJ REPORTERS that “they are in the process of signing the agreement”
