The Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has invited all foreign Hajj and Umrah private Operators to participate in the second edition of the Umrah and Visitation Forum, slated to begin on the 16-18 Shawwal 1446 AH, corresponding to 04/16/14-2025, at the King Salman International Conference Center, Madinah.

Dear Saudi Umrah Companies and Institutions, Dear External Agents,
May the peace, mercy, and blessings of God be upon you. Under the patronage and honor of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz Al Saud – may God protect him – Governor of Madinah Region, the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah and the Guests of God Service Program are pleased to invite you to participate in the second edition of the Umrah and Visitation Forum, during the period 16-18 Shawwal 1446 AH corresponding to 04/16/14-2025, at the King Salman International Conference Center, Madinah.
Please note that contracts between external agents and Saudi Umrah companies will only be completed during the forum period. Accounts will be activated on the unified platform for Hajj and Umrah (Nusuk) immediately, and no contracts will be activated after that.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has prepared a package of incentives for external agencies to attend and participate effectively in the forum, as explained in the invitation card attached with the mechanism and requirements for completing the qualification requirements for agents and reserving appointments for signing agreements at the forum headquarters while emphasizing that the last date for issuing Umrah visas is (1) Shawwal, the last date for entering the Kingdom is (15) Shawwal 1446, and the last date for leaving the Kingdom is (1) Dhu al-Qi’dah 1446, which requires external agents to arrange their arrival and departure dates to the Kingdom within the time limits specified above.
