Professor Abdullahi Saleh Usman, Chairman/CEO of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria, NAHCON, has commended the House Committee on Muslim Pilgrims Affairs.
Prof. Usman defended the budget before the committee, chaired by Jaafaru Ali, member representing Agwara/Borgu Federal Constituency.
A statement by the Public Affairs Unit of NAHCON said the Chairman defense the budget well.
The budget according to NAHCON, was aimed at improving efficiency and ensuring a seamless Hajj experience for the Nigerian pilgrims.
In his voice, Prof. Usman expressed gratitude to Allah and the committee for understanding the presentation and subsequently approved it.
He restated the commitment of the leadership of the NAHCON to utilized the budget towards improving the commission’s services and quality of Hajj operations.
