The guidelines

1. States must present Certificates of Incorporation/Registration issued by the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) confirming the legal registration of the company.

2. Letter of approval from the government of the respective states authorizing the use of the agency’s name for registration and operation as a state tour operator agency

3. Submission of a selected name to use for the newly registered company
