Mashariq Al Dhahabiah Company for Pilgrimage Services (SANA) is a service provider company licensed by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with license number (11). It is an extension of the Southeast Asian Hajj Pilgrims Company (Mashariq) which has been serving the pilgrims of Southeast Asia for more than (40) forty years. With the opening of the market to service providers, the company aims to strengthen its relations with the Hajj Affairs Offices from various countries of the world by developing its services in the holy sites in light of the fierce competition between service providers.

 

The company aims to consolidate its position as a leading company in the hospitality services market, and aims to grow by acquiring the largest number of customers by achieving the following objectives

The Making of Mashariq Al Dhahabiah

In 1947, A Royal Decree was issued approving the general Mutawif system, and the Mutawifs were divided into three groups, including the group of sheokh al -Jawa. In 1984, A Ministerial Resolution was issued to establish the Experimental Institution for South East Asian Pilgrims. In 2005, it transformed from an experimental institution to a private institution for pilgrims from Southeast Asian countries. In 2022, the company later transformed from a private institution to a company for pilgrims from Southeast Asia – a closed joint-stock company.

 

Finally, in 2023, Mashariq Company was launched with its new identity and service providers companies were established.

 

Mashariq Al Dhahabiah Hajj Services Company (Sana) served approximately (16%) of the pilgrims coming from outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia during the 2024 hajj. Statistics obtained from the Ministry of Hajj shows that the company provided services to 5,081 Kazakhstan pilgrims, 7,500 pilgrims from Lebanon, 22,551 pilgrims from Pakistan, 224,847 pilgrims from Indonesia, 191 Madagascar pilgrims, 700 pilgrims from Cambodia and 3,981 Bangladesh pilgrims.

 

Mashariq Al Dhahabiah Hajj Services Company (Sana) served the highest number of pilgrims during the 2024 hajj, totaling 264,851 pilgrims

 

The Company has also won numerous awards and recognitions from the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah. The company was awarded the First Place Award at The Level Of Service Centre, First Place Award at the level of Mutawif’s company during the 2022 Hajj.

 

The highest performance rating among the service providers by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah, FIRST place award at the level of service providing Companies during the 2023 Hajj.
