The General Presidency for the Care of the Two Holy Mosques continues to provide its best services to visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque, through implementing its integrated programs and well-studied organizational plans that it prepared early for the month of Ramadan this year.
Today, the Presidency announced the distribution of 227,000 Iftar meals daily to worshipers and visitors to the Prophet’s Mosque in all its sections, courtyards, and expansions.

Mercy Tables in 82 Locations

Every year, the people of Medina hold Ramadan Iftar tables, in a scene that reflects the authenticity of Medina’s generosity and the spirit of solidarity that they have inherited from generation to generation.

In the month of goodness, the tables of mercy are distributed in 82 locations within the city’s neighborhoods and squares, and the fasting people gather around them with a mixture of faith and familiarity, sensing the spirituality of the place and the greatness of the time.

 

The Ramadan Iftar project, which is supervised by the Municipality of Madinah Region in cooperation with the Association of Neighborhood Centers in the region “Mujtama’i”, aims to enhance the values ​​of social solidarity and compassion among members of society, by providing daily Iftar meals for residents and visitors, as part of the ongoing efforts to support Ramadan hospitality in Madinah, in a way that reflects the spirit of the holy month, and enhances the city’s position as a religious destination that embraces visitors from all over the world.
