Saudi-based Hajj service provider, Ruaad Al Mashaeir, has commended Al Khauthar Travels and Tours for its outstanding service delivery during the 2025 Hajj operations, describing the company as a model of resilience and professionalism.
Chairman of Ruaad Al Mashaeir, gave the commendation in Makkah while presenting a plaque of appreciation to the Chief Executive Officer of Al Khauthar, Hajiya Rabiatu Umar.
He praised the Nigerian firm’s ability to resolve on-the-spot challenges promptly, a quality he said distinguishes exceptional Hajj operators from the rest.
“We know the challenges, and we also appreciate your swift response to issues that arose, all in the interest of serving the Guests of Al Rahma,” he said. “Your efforts exemplify determination and resilience, and for that, we say well done.”
He further stated that Ruaad Al Mashaeir will continue to partner with Al Khauthar and other Nigerian Hajj companies to improve service standards for pilgrims in future operations.
