Imo State Governor, Senator Hope Uzodinma, has provided 510 Hajj slots for Muslims in the state to participate in the 2027 pilgrimage to Saudi Arabia.
The gesture was disclosed by the Islamic Calling Family, #Imo State, which expressed appreciation to the governor for the allocation.
In a statement signed by its Amir, Muhammad Kabir Orjiegbulam, the group described the gesture as an expression of support for Muslims in the state.
“We deeply appreciate this gesture and pray that Allah Almighty bless and reward His Excellency abundantly and continue to guide him in serving the people of Imo State,” the statement said.
The group thanked Uzodinma for providing the 510 slots and expressed prayers for continued guidance and success in his service to the state.
The 510 slots are for the 2027 Hajj pilgrimage.
