In a significant announcement, the Permanent Secretary and Executive Secretary of the Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Commission, Malam Abubakar Salihu has confirmed that a total of 913 pilgrims from Adamawa State are gearing up to perform the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage.
This disclosure was made during a recent visit to the Pilgrims’ Enlightenment Centre in Yola North.
During the visit, the Executive Secretary assured the intending pilgrims that all necessary preparations had been completed to ensure a successful Hajj experience.
He emphasized the commitment of the Commission to provide a smooth and memorable pilgrimage for all participants.
With the support of Governor Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, the Commission has secured suitable accommodation and tents in key locations such as Mash’ar, Muna, and Arafat, which are critical for the smooth conduct of the pilgrimage.
Malam Abubakar Salihu expressed gratitude for the government’s support, which has been instrumental in facilitating these arrangements.
The announcement has been met with enthusiasm among the intending pilgrims, who are now looking forward to the spiritual journey ahead.
The Executive Secretary continues to work diligently to ensure that the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage for Adamawa State residents is a resounding success.
