The National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) has invited state Muslim pilgrims’ welfare boards, agencies and commissions to a crucial review meeting aimed at assessing the successes and challenges of the 2025 Hajj operations.

The meeting, scheduled for Thursday, August 7, 2025, will take place at the NAHCON Conference Hall in Abuja by 11:00am.

In a circular signed by Ahmad M. Shira, Assistant Director, States and Zones, the Commission said the session will provide a platform to X-ray the achievements and difficulties experienced during the last pilgrimage, with a view to enhancing planning for the 2026 Hajj.

NAHCON urged all chief executives, chairmen, and secretaries of state pilgrim boards to attend the meeting, which is expected to generate actionable recommendations for future Hajj arrangements.
