The Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced a revision of its preparatory calendar for the 2025 Hajj, bringing forward the dates for camp bookings and related services.
Originally scheduled for September 23–24, 2025, the early booking window for previously reserved Hajj 2025 camps has now been rescheduled to run from August 9–23, 2025 (15–29 Safar 1447H). The process includes rebooking based on basic services, as well as the payment of camp fees and the Mashaer package.
From August 24, 2025 (1 Rabi’ Al-Awwal 1447H), the ministry will begin coordination meetings with stakeholders to discuss operational plans covering housing, transport, catering, field services, sacred sites, and reception logistics. This period will also mark the start of contracting for housing and transport services, alongside the initiation of airline assignments and scheduling processes.
The ministry explained that the revised calendar aims to give service providers more time to prepare and ensure smoother logistics for the upcoming pilgrimage.
