The Nasarawa State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board has fixed November 30, 2025, as the final deadline for intending pilgrims to complete their 2026 Hajj fare payment.

Executive Secretary of the Board, Idris Ahmed Almakura, announced the deadline after a management meeting held at the Board’s headquarters in Lafia.

He said the directive was part of early preparations for the 2026 Hajj exercise, in line with the new timelines introduced by the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah.

Almakura cautioned that failure to complete payment before the deadline may lead to disqualification, stressing that slot allocation will be done strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.

He assured that the Board remains committed to transparency and fairness, while calling on all intending pilgrims to cooperate to ensure a smooth and successful Hajj operation.
