by admin

The organisers of the forthcoming Hajj–Umrah Nigeria Expo 2026 have invited Independent Hajj Reporters to serve as an official media partner for the event scheduled to be held in Abuja later this month.

In a letter dated January 8, 2026, and signed by Dr Aisha Ahmed on behalf of the Expo secretariat, the organisers said the three-day event will take place from January 28 to 30 at the National Mosque Conference Hall. The programme will conclude with a dinner gala and award ceremony at the Nicon Luxury Hotel on January 30.

The Expo is designed to bring together government institutions, private sector operators, investors and faith-based organisations within the Hajj and Umrah ecosystem, with a focus on innovation, collaboration and public awareness.

According to the organisers, the proposed media partnership with Independent Hajj Reporters includes pre-event publicity, live coverage of the opening ceremony, documentary features and brand placement.

The organisers expressed confidence that the platform’s national reach and credibility would help amplify the impact of the Expo and strengthen public confidence in Nigeria’s Hajj and Umrah sector.
