*Bauchi* – The Executive Secretary of the Bauchi State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board, Dr. Abdurrahman Imam, has inspected ongoing renovation work at the Sultan Sa’ad Abubakar Pilgrims Camp, as part of preparations for the 2026 Hajj operations.
Speaking during the inspection, Dr. Imam stated that the Board is taking all necessary steps to ensure a clean and conducive environment for intending pilgrims before their departure to Saudi Arabia.
He noted that the renovation will enhance the welfare and comfort of pilgrims by providing a hygienic and well-organized facility ahead of the holy journey.
Dr. Imam stressed the importance of maintaining cleanliness at the camp and called on all intending pilgrims to cooperate by observing camp regulations and keeping the environment clean to ensure a smooth and peaceful Hajj exercise.
He further confirmed that the Board has completed key arrangements, including pilgrims’ enlightenment programs, healthcare provisions, and other essential measures to guarantee a successful 2026 Hajj operation.
