In continuation of the participatory lectures organised by the Executive Secretary of the Adamawa State Muslim Pilgrims Commission, Malam Abubakar Salihu, along with his Management Team, engaged in a brainstorming session to analyze the roles of stakeholders and identify Management challenges.

 

The objective was to gain insights that would help chart the operational plan for the Commission.

 

The meeting, held at the Commission’s headquarters, brought together key members of the Management team who were responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the Commission’s operations and ensuring the welfare of the Pilgrims.

 

During the brainstorming session, participants focused on the roles of various stakeholders involved in the Commission’s activities, including government agencies, religious organizations, community leaders and Pilgrims among others. They discussed the importance of each stakeholder group and their contributions to the success of the Commission’s operations.

 

The team identified several Management challenges related to stakeholder engagement.

 

The Executive Secretary expressed his gratitude to the Management Team for their valuable contributions and emphasized the importance of collaboration and effective stakeholder management in achieving the Commission’s objectives.

 

He reiterated the Commission’s commitment to addressing the identified challenges and implementing a robust operational plan that would enhance the overall experience of the Pilgrims.
