It reflects our shared commitment to ensuring that our pilgrims are spiritually, mentally, and logistically prepared for the sacred journey to the Holy Land.
Dr Kadafur highlights that the importance of the Hajj cannot be overstated, because it is a pillar of Islam and a once-in-a-lifetime obligation for those who are able. We therefore must ensure that every intending pilgrim not only understands the rituals of Hajj but also embodies the values of patience, humility, discipline, and piety that the journey represents.

I commend the Borno State Hajj Commission, our Ulamas, and all stakeholders who have worked tirelessly to sustain and improve the quality of this program.
The Deputy Governor urges all intending pilgrims to take full advantage of the teachings, ask questions, and commit themselves to learning. The knowledge gained here will not only help you perform your religious duty correctly but will also ensure a peaceful and organised pilgrimage for all.
