The Borno State Hajj Commission has announced that it will begin refunding balances to pilgrims from the 2022, 2023, and 2024 Hajj exercises, starting Monday, September 22, 2025.
In a statement signed by the Commission’s Secretary, Modu Ali Ahmed, the refunds for Hajj 2022 and 2024 will run from September 22 to 24, while payments for Hajj 2023 will be made on Thursday, September 25.
Affected pilgrims are advised to visit the Commission’s headquarters in Maiduguri or designated collection centers with their original receipts, valid identification, and bank details for verification.
The Commission assured that the exercise will be transparent and seamless, reaffirming its commitment to accountability and service delivery.
