Four Nigerians have won Umrah packages in the Saudi Arabia-Nigeria Friendship Challenge organised to promote knowledge and understanding of the relationship between both countries.
The winners emerged after a seven-day competition featuring questions on Nigeria-Saudi Arabia relations, with each of them set to receive an Umrah package provided by the Saudi Embassy in Nigeria.
The winners are Muhammad Sani, Deenah, Waleed Adam Bature and Yusuf Wakili.
Other finalists who emerged winners in the competition will receive free Saudi visas from the Saudi Embassy.
They are Muhammad Kabeer, Ummukulthum, Modu Muhammad, Kawu Garba, Haruna Ali Ishaq and Abubakar Bello.
The embassy announced that all 10 winners will be invited by the Saudi Ambassador to Nigeria, Yousef bin Mohammed Al-Balawi, to attend the Saudi National Day celebration scheduled to hold in Abuja on Wednesday, September 23, 2026.
The winners are expected to receive their prizes at the event.
The organisers congratulated the winners and thanked participants who took part in the seven-day challenge.
According to the organisers, the initiative was designed not only as a competition but also as a platform to celebrate and strengthen the longstanding friendship and relationship between Nigeria and Saudi Arabia.
