Gov Mai Mala Buni Gives each Yobe Pilgrim 300 Saudi Riyals

Yobe State Governor, His Excellency Mai Mala Buni has given each 2019 hajj pilgrim from Yobe State the sum of 300 Saudi Riyals (N30,000).

The gesture was meant to subsidize pilgrims payment for hadaya (animal sacrifice) owing to the high cost of sacrificial animals.

This was disclosed to Hajj Reporters by the Executive Chairman of Yobe State Pilgrims Commission Alhaji Bukar Kime at Mina, Saudi Arabia on Monday.

The Governor urges the State Pilgrims to pray for permanent peace and tranquillity to prevail in the State and Nigeria at large.
