Hajj 2015: Alkauthar Travels concludes return airlift. Thanks, customers, for their patience and understanding

Abuja-based Alkauthar Travels and Tours Limited has successfully concluded the return airlift of all ta customers who travelled for Hajj 2025.

 

The company in a message Wednesday, signed by Hajiya Rabiat Umar, the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of the company, expressed sincere appreciation to the customers for their patience during the Hajj operation.

Hajiya Rabiat particularly thanked the customers for choosing Alkauthar Travels for their Hajj Journey, saying “

We understand that the pilgrimage is a sacred and significant undertaking, and we are truly honored to have been a part of this profound experience with you”.

 

She further stated that Alkauthar Travels appreciates the patience and understanding throughout the challenges and difficulties that may have arisen during the Hajj process.

 

“We acknowledge that there were circumstances beyond our control that may have caused inconveniences, and we are carefully reviewing all feedback received to address and enhance our services for future pilgrimages.

 

“We genuinely hope that you have arrived at your destination safely and have been joyfully reunited with your families. Your safety and satisfaction are of paramount importance to us, and we are immensely grateful for the opportunity to have provided you with the necessary support and assistance throughout your Hajj journey,” she said.

 

Participation at the post-Hajj Appreciation event

 

Meanwhile, Hajiya Rabiat was one of the few officials invited by the Saudi Arabian Service Provider, RAWAF MINA, to an appreciation event to mark the end of a successful Hajj 2025 operations.

The event, which was held at the Makkah Grand Hall on Tuesday, has in attendance Heads of Hajj Missions from all the countries served by RAWAF MINA, including Nigeria, Cameroon, Cote d’Ivoire, among others.
