Alkauthar Travels and Tours Abuja has informed Nigerian pilgrims who travelled to Hajj 2023 with the company that Saudi Arabian Hajj service providers have made a refund for services poorly rendered.
The company in a short message to it’s customers on Sunday said “the service providers (Muassassa) have refunded the sum of SR150 (N61,080) to all Nigerian 2023 Hajj pilgrims”.
The message also read “ To this end all 2023 pilgrims that registered & travelled under Alkauthar Travels are to forward their account details for refund”.
HAJJ REPORTERS had earlier reported that the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) had announced a refund of SR150 to all the 95,000 Nigerian pilgrims to compensate for services not provided by Saudi service providers at Masha’ir (Mina and Arafat).
Alkauthar Travels is the first company to announce the receipt of the refunds and request pilgrims to forward their account details for refund.
