As part of its preparations towards kick starting the 2024 Hajj, the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria will meet with Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj and Umrah to deliberate on the exercise.
A highly placed source who spoke with HAJJ REPORTERS said the meeting, which would be held virtually, will give NAHCON the clear picture of what to expect in terms of details of Hajj services and other pre-Hajj activities.

Prior to the scheduled meeting, NAHCON will also meet with the Chief Executives of states Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards on Tuesday (5th of August) at the Hajj House, NAHCON headquarters in Abuja. The purpose of the meeting is to undertake and in house review of #hajj 2023 and maps out comprehensive plan for hajj 2024
It will be recalled that Vice President Kashim Shettima has given approval to NAHCON to begin the 2024 Hajj preparations after he received briefing from the Chairman of NAHCON, Barr. Zikrullah Kunle Hassan, and National Commissioners.
