The Saudi Arabian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has informed Hajj participating countries and private Hajj Companies that the visa processing deadline for intending pilgrims to this year’s Hajj pilgrimage will not be extended.
The Ministry in a message sighted by HAJJ REPORTERS informed the hajj missions and Private Hajj companies that the deadline for processing of visa for their respective pilgrims remain “20th of Shawaal which is equivalent to 19th of April 2025”.
The Ministry, however, extended the deadline for finalizing pilgrims’ accommodation and transportation on the Nusuk platform from the 10th of March to the 25th of March 2025.
“We kindly urge you to expedite and finalize the accommodation contracts in Makkah and Madinah, as well as transportation, on the Nusuk Masar platform.
“Please note that the deadline for completing these contracts is 25th Ramadan (corresponding to 25th March 2025), and there will be no extensions.
“Additionally, we encourage you to begin issuing visas promptly and ensure their completion by the 20th Shawwal,” the message reads.
