The Executive Chairman of the Kebbi State Pilgrims Welfare Agency, Faruku Aliyu Yaro, has rewarded outstanding staff members and support groups with cash gifts and motorcycles for their dedication and exceptional service during the successful 2026 Hajj operations.

The presentation, held at the Kauran Gwandu Hajj Camp, was aimed at appreciating the commitment, loyalty and professionalism demonstrated by the beneficiaries throughout the pilgrimage exercise.

Speaking at the event, Yaro said the achievements recorded by Kebbi State during the 2026 Hajj were the result of the collective efforts of the agency’s workforce and support groups. He urged the recipients to remain committed to excellence, assuring them that hard work, integrity and dedication would continue to be recognised and rewarded.

The beneficiaries expressed appreciation for the gesture, describing it as a motivation to sustain quality service delivery to pilgrims and maintain the high standards that earned Kebbi State recognition during the 2026 Hajj operations.

Among those who received motorcycles were ad hoc staff member Faruku Manda, Malam Altine of KTA, a volunteer driver, and Sahalu Zaki.

The development was disclosed in a statement issued by the Kebbi State Pilgrims Media Team.
