The Chairman House Committee on Pilgrims Affairs Hon. Abubakar Nalaraba, has congratulated Alh. Zikurullah Olakunle Hassan the new Chairman/CEO designate of National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
A statement signed by his head of Media Ishak Abawa said the “appointment of Alh. Zikurullah Olakunle Hassan did not come as a surprise considering his track record in Hajj Administration in Nigeria.
“Interestingly, Hon. Zikurullah was the Chairman, Osun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board. He was also Chairman, Forum of Chairmen & Executive Secretaries of States Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards, while Hon. Nalaraba served as his Secretary”.
The statement said “Hon. Nalaraba looks forward to further strengthening the existing working relationship between House of Representatives & the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria”.
