The Director General of the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board, Alhaji Lamin Rabi’u Danbappa, recently attended a high-level meeting with the Chief Executive Officers of the State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Boards at the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON) office in Abuja.
Representing the Director General were the Director of Hajj Operations, Alhaji Kabiru Muhd Panda, and the Director of Administration and General Services, Alhaji Yusif A. Muktar. The primary agenda of the meeting was to review the performance and experiences of the last Hajj exercise in Kano State and to fine-tune the preparatory plans for the upcoming Hajj season.
During the meeting, the representatives emphasized the importance of learning from past Hajj experiences to ensure improved overall pilgrim satisfaction for the forthcoming year.
The discussions focused on identifying key areas that require enhancements and developing strategic plans to address any challenges faced in the previous Hajj operations.
The Director General, through his representatives, expressed gratitude to NAHCON for their continuous support and collaboration in facilitating successful Hajj operations. He assured that the Kano State Pilgrims Welfare Board is committed to implementing all necessary measures to provide a seamless and spiritually fulfilling Hajj experience for the pilgrims.
