Yobe State Pilgrim’s Commission constitutes a highly powered committee delegation to go around and tour all 17 local government areas across the state, the committee today visited Machina, Nguru and Karasuwa
The committee has the following members: Mall Abdullahi Garba as Chairman, Usman Director of operations, The Visa officer Mustapha Zanna, The PRO Suleiman Alh Sabo, and Yarima Alh Ali who is to serve Secretary of the committee. The Chairman expressed concern over the current low sales of hajj seats and urged local government fare collectors to intensify effort efforts to meet their seat allocation targets, He called for innovative strategies to boost sales of hajj seats and fulfil the state obligations within the stipulated timeframe.
The sectary of the committee while speaking during the visit said The preparations for 2025 hajj have reached topmost stage and urges intending pilgrims to complete their hajj fare deposit on time. He further advised all intending pilgrims to follow the rules and regulations of the state and National hajj commission NAHCON and Saudi Arabian Authorities.
