The Deputy Coordinator, Makkah Office Operations of NAHCON, Mr Alidu Shutti, accompanied by the Company of Mutawwif Liason Officer, Dr Aliyu Tanko, Saudi Liaison Officer, Ustaz Lamin Abubakar, and Media Team, has concluded visitations to familiarize and get all necessary updates with regards to the state of preparedness of the entire 18 Field Offices to serve Nigerian pilgrims ahead of the commencement of the rituals at the holy sites next week.
This is contained in a statement issued by Malam Muhammad Ahmad Musa, the
Principal Information Officer, NAHCON Makkah Operations Office.
It said that the NAHCON officials addressed the concerns of pilgrims interests. It added the team also NAHCON officials all made observations for resolution by the Mutawwif Service providers to ensure the comfort of the guests of Allah by making the pilgrims have value for their payments.
The team addressed matters arising from tent facilities, cooling systems, beddings, toiletries, sanitation and feeding, among others, it stated.
